Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When master comes up the rotary inos are spamming the master with old values. On initialize, the master should send a "reset" information to the rotary devices which then should clear there value buffer.
